MISSING MAN

AUTHORITIES IN SOUTHWEST OHIO'S GREENE COUNTY SAY THE SUSPECT ACCUSED OF KILLING A MISSING MAN FOUND DEAD THREE MONTHS AFTER HIS DISAPPEARANCE WAS A LONG-TIME FRIEND OF THE VICTIM. ACCORDING TO THE DAYTON DAILY NEWS, 26-YEAR-OLD ZYRIAN ATHA-ARNETT HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH MURDER AND AGGRAVATED FELONIOUS ASSAULT IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEATH OF 26-YEAR-OLD LEONID CLARK. THE VICTIM'S PARENTS TELL THE NEWSPAPER THEY ARE RELIEVED THAT AN ARREST HAS BEEN MADE, BUT THAT ATHA-ARNETT'S ARREST PRESENTS AS MANY QUESTIONS AS ANSWERS.
CLARK WENT MISSING IN JANUARY AND SEARCHES WERE UNSUCCESSFUL IN UNCOVERING CLUES TO WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM UNTIL MUSHROOM HUNTERS DISCOVERED HIS BODY BY THE LITTLE MIAMI RIVER IN APRIL. CLARK DIED OF MULTIPLE STAB WOUNDS TO THE HEAD AND NECK AREAS.
