41 year old Chad Reiher of St Marys was sentenced to prison this week in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on charges of escape and drug possession charges.  Reiher received 12 months in prison for a 3rd degree felony charge of escape and 11 months for a felony charge of possession of a fentanyl related compound.  Reiher was originally charged in 2022. He was ordered to complete a substance abuse program but he was terminated from the program for using drugs on the premises. Reiher was charged with escape for not reporting back to the Mercer County Jail. Reiher's prison sentences will run consecutively.
