From Tri Star:

April 30 starting at 9:00 am at the Celina Rotary Dog Park on West Bank Road in Celina, there will be a dedication of obstacles that were built by the Tri Star students.  Students from Construction, Welding, and Engineering were involved with the project. The Rotary approached Tri Star to see if they could make obstacles for the dog park for the dogs to enjoy.
