Dedication Ceremony Held at the Celina Rotary Dog Park for obstacles built by Tri Star Students

A Dedication Ceremony was held Tuesday Morning at the Celina Rotary Dog Park. The dedication was for obstacles built by Tri Star students. Students from construction, welding and engineering were involved in the project. Tri Star Assistant Director Brian Stetler comments.
