29 year old Janice Hicks of Lima was arrested this week on 2 felony charges of receiving stolen property. The Celina Police pulled over Hicks on June 5th after a report of suspicious activity on Bruns Avenue involving a suspect going door to door trying to get into apartments. Hicks was pulled over and the car she was driving came back as stolen when police checked the license plates. Hicks dened that she was trying to get into apartments and told police she knew the owner of the vehicle. The police confirmed that the car was stolen from Lima earlier that day.
