The Celina Police arrested 50 year old William Fetters on Saturday afternoon after the police were dispatched to the Celina Burger King on East Market Street for a complaint of a male being impaired on a bicycle. Fetters was described as having no shirt or shoes.The police noticed Fetters was impaired. Fetters later admitted to smoking methampthetamine earlier that day and having some of the drug on his person. Fetters was charged with possession of drugs and disorderly conduct. Fetters was taken to the Mercer County Jail to await a court appearance. To read the complaint filed in court:
