According to online records, The Mercer County Sheriff's Office arrested 2 people Tuesday on drug charges. 45 year old Aaron Ballinger and 58 year old Jody Reinke were taken into custody on four felony counts of possession of drugs and one misdemanor count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Ballinger also faces charges of grand theft and receiving stolen property and fraudulent actions concerning a vin. Both suspects were taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending an apperance in court.
