The following is from the Greenville Police Department:

On July 7, 2024, the Greenville Police Department was dispatched to a sexual offense in the city of Greenville. On July 8, 2024, Kyle W. Harter was arrested and charged with Pandering obscenities involving minors and Illegal use of a minor in -nudity-oriented material, both felonies of the 2nd degree.

This case remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Jennifer Fenstermaker or Detective Jackie Hawes at the Greenville Police Department, 937-548-1103.
