20 year old Nathan Wilker of St Marys has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on a 3rd degree felony charge of Gross Sexual Imposition. According to the indictment, Wilker of accused of having sexual contact with a 12 year old victim in the summer of last year. Wilker was arrested Sunday and taken to the Mercer County Jail to be held without bond pending a court appearance. To read Wilker's indictment:
