39 year old Monica Loera and 50 year old Michael Beckstedt of Celina have been arrested on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of falsfication. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, both suspects are accused of making false statements on July 20th to an officer while investigating a sexual assault complaint on another person. The complaint also states these statements were made to incriminate another. Beckstedt and Loera were taken to the Mercer County Jail to await an appearance in court.
