The Saint Marys man accused of felony charges of sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor was released on bail but returned to the Auglaize County Jail hours later on a probation violation. Online records indicate 37 year old Matthew Storer posted 10 percent of his $350,000 bond and was released Wednesday afternoon. Approximately 5 hours later, Storer was booked back into the jail. Storer is now being held without bond. Storer was arrested in May after allegations surfaced of sexual activity involving Storer and minors that dated back to 2018. Storer is scheduled to be back in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court for a pre-trial on Friday August 2nd at 1:15 pm. 

In addition, Storer is due to appear in Celina Municipal Court on Friday to answer a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge of Sexual Imposition. To view the Mercer County Complaint against Storer:
