47 year old Timothy Schroer of Wapakoneta is being held in the Auglaize County Jail on a $175,000 bond on a 3rd degree felony charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. According to court records, the alleged incident occurred in April of this year. Schroer is due to appear in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court on Monday July 29th for a pre-trial hearing.
