40 year old Joshua Kittle of Celina is in the Mercer County Jail on a $50,000 bond on misdemeanor charges after falling into the lake wile intoxicated. According to the complaint, on the night of Tuesday July 25th,  Kittle is accused of falling into the lake and walking into traffic after being previously warned by officers for disorderly conduct near 535 East Market Street. Kittle, who has 31 prior offenses listed in Celina Municipal Court, is scheduled for a trial on this matter early next month. To read the complaint against Kittle:
