44 year old Edward James Sellers of Fort Jennings was arrested this past Friday on a 5th degree felony charge of violating a protection order. According to court documents, the Rockford Police received a call from a resident in the 300 block of South Main Street of a possible burglarly. Upon arrival, the police checked the residence in question and found that Sellers was inside at the residence where he was once resided. Sellers was prohiibited from being inside the residence due to a protection order issued in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. Sellers was arrested and taken to the Mercer County Jail.
