31 year old Travis Heistan of Celina is free on bond pending his arraignment on charges of rape and gross sexual imposition involving a child under the age of 13.  Heistan was released after 10 percent cash of his $250,000 bond was posted. According to court documents, Heistan has retained attorney Kenneth Rexford of Lima. Heistan is due back in Mercer County Common Pleas Court for his arraignment on Tuesday September 10th at 10 am.

According to jail records, 31 year old Travis Heistan of Celina has been arrested on a 1st degree felony charge of rape involving a child under the age of 13.
