28 year old Jorden Stelzer was arrested recently by the Celina Police on a 2nd degree misdemeanor charge of Prohibitions concerning a companion animal. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court. Stelzer allegedly left his twelve year old female coon hound named Daisy confined in a small enclosure at the back of his property and did fail to provide a sanitary enclosure and to provide wholesome food and water to Daisy.
