According to Shelby County Court Records, 34 year old Michelle Schmerge of Sidney has been indicted on 7 counts of rape, 14 counts of pandering obsenity involving a minor, 3 counts of gross sexual imposition and knowingly creating and reproducing obscene material that has a male child victim less than two years of age as one of its participants.The alleged incidents occurred in July and August of this year. Schmerge is being held in the Shelby County Jail as the case progresses in Shelby County Common Pleas Court. To read the indictment against Schmerge:
