63 year old Anita Green, the former director of the Auglaize County Farm Service Agency, plans to appeal her prison sentence for her role in her son-in-law's death. Green was recently sentenced to 10 years in prison for being an accessory to the killing of Timothy Hovanec. Green pleaded guilty to the accessory charge earlier this year. Green's daugher, 37 year old Amanda Hovanec was sentenced to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges, including distributing a controlled substance that resulted in the death of her husband. Amanda's boyfriend, Anthony Theodorou was sentenced to 18 years in prison for his role in the crime. For more on this story:
