Carolyn S. Glock, age 80 of Celina, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at the Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima. She was born on February 7, 1944 to the late Norman E.O. & Bessie (Snyder) Fahncke in Decatur, Indiana. She is survived by her sisters Reta Schroeder of Celina, Linda (Frank) Pulskamp of Ostrander, brothers-in-law William Randall of Auburndale, FL, Jeff Johnson of Mendon, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Donna Randall, Pat Johnson, and brother-in-law Lowell Schroeder.

Carolyn graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1962. She then graduated from Bowling Green University with a degree in Teaching and Physical Education. She was a physical education teacher at multiple schools and retired as an office manager for a physician’s office. She was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina. She enjoyed volunteering and teaching and loved playing games, traveling, gardening and most of all she enjoyed being with her family.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Garden Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at Church. Memorial contribution may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church 1100 N. Main St. Celina, Ohio 45822. Carolyn’s funeral services are in the care of the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
