25 year old Aaron Toth of Celina is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond for allegedly biting his girlfriend over the weekend. According to a statement filed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court by the Celina Police, Toth and his girlfriend had gone out for a drink the night before. The alleged assault happened when they got home and Toth was playing a video game. The statement added that the victim received 30 stitches in her chin and had a tetanus shot. Toth has been charged with 2nd degree felonious assault. To read the court document:
