20 year old Nathan Stephens of Lima has pleaded guilty in Van Wert County Common pleas court to a 3rd degree felony charge of gross sexual imposition. As part of a plea agreement, other charges inclujding kidnapping and 2 more counts of gross sexual imposition were dismissed. The offenses involved a girl under the age of 13. Stephens will be sentenced January 8th. Stephens faces 5 years in prison. Stephens is a Tier 2 sex offender. He will have to register his address with law enforcement every 180 days for 25 years.
