23 year old Jared Osborne of Celina was arrested on Sunday on a charge of using weapons while intoxicated. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, Osborne had a handgun on his front passenger seat and a bullet that would fit the firearm in his pants pocket while in the driver's seat of his vehicle and while he was under the influence of alcohol. Osborne was charged with 2 1st degree misdemanors and taken to the Mercer County Jail pending a court appearance. To read the complaint against Osborne:
