Farm Financial Management Program Planned
Mercer and Hardin County – Ohio State University Extension in Hardin and Mercer Counties will present a Farm
Financial Fitness Night. Boost your financial management skills at our Farm Financial Fitness Night, tailored for
agricultural producers. This event covers essential topics to help you understand and manage your farm’s finances.
Event highlights include budgeting, record keeping, financial reports, cash flow management, and farm income and
profit. This program is designed for farmers and agricultural producers, farm managers and operators, and anyone
interested in improving their farm’s financial health.
The program will take place in Hardin County on January 15 at the Extension Office located at 1021 Lima Street, Suite
103, Kenton, OH 43326 and in Mercer County on January 16 at the Extension office located at 4978 Mud Pike, Celina,
OH 45822. Both sessions will cover the same material, so please choose the date and location that works best for you.
The program will run from 5:30-8:00 PM and will include dinner. There is no cost for the class thanks to the generous
support of AgCredit for sponsoring the Hardin County program and The Peoples Bank sponsoring the Mercer County
Program. Anyone wishing to take the class must visit go.osu.edu/farmfinancenight or call either Extension office at
419-674-2297 (Hardin County) or 419-586-2179 (Mercer County) to pre-register by Monday, January 13, 2025.
Space is limited to 30 participants at each location.
