44 year old Johnathan Grove of Columbus was convicted by a jury this week in Mercer County Common Pleas Court of over 40 felony charges involving a Fort Recovery girl over a 2 year period. The charges included first degree felony rape and charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance, importuning, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and  disseminating matter harmful to juveniles. Grove will be sentenced August 14th. He faces life in prison and over 500-thousand-dollars in fines.
