Norman C Moeller


Norman C. Moeller, age 90 of Celina, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at his home in Celina. He was born on September 30, 1934 to the late Ferdinand and Isabella (Tobe) Moeller in St. Henry. On November 16, 1973, he married Patricia Lawrence who survives living at their home in Celina. He is also survived by his loving children; Nikki (Tony) Cardenas of St. Johns, FL, Nathan Moeller of Celina, Don Leugers of Celina, Scott (Teresa) Leugers of Celina, Linda (Ronnie) Hagaman of Celina, nine grandchildren Antonio, Nicholas, Dakota, Dylan, Kait, Stormy, Skyler, David, Madison, three great grandchildren, and sister Jeanette Fullenkamp of Coldwater.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law Berniece (Earl) Baltes, brother David Moeller, brother-in-law Don Fullenkamp, and daughter-in-law Dawn Leugers.

Norman graduated from St. Henry High School with the class of 1952. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Radio Signalman from 1957 until he was Honorably Discharged in 1959. Norman was employed as a Supervisor at Mersman Table Co. in Celina for 34 years and he retired from Ametek Plastics in Wapakoneta in 1998. He was the Head Scorer for Eldora Speedway for 50 years. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, Celina V.F.W. Post #5713, and the Bar-E Club. He had a passion for car racing, was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns, and also enjoyed collecting coins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post #210 and the Celina V.F.W. Post #5713. Friends and family may call from 9:00 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. before services on Wednesday at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to EverHeart Hospice 1350 N.
