Grand jury indicts Celina man on tampering with evidence and cocaine possession charges

A Mercer County grand jury has indicted Travis M. Buehler, 37, of Celina in two separate cases filed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

In Case No. 26 CRM 003, Buehler is charged with one count of tampering with evidence, a third degree felony. The indictment alleges the offense occurred on or about December 18, 2025, and that Buehler, knowing an official proceeding or investigation was in progress or likely to be instituted, made, presented, or used a record, document, or thing he knew to be false, with the purpose of misleading a public official or corrupting the outcome of the proceeding or investigation.

Both indictments were returned as true bills during the first term of January 15, 2026, and were signed by Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney Erin M. Minor. Buehler is listed as being held at the Mercer County Detention Center.
