New Bremen school board to hold special meeting Feb. 4, executive session planned

The New Bremen Local School District Board of Education will hold a special meeting Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Conference Room.

The agenda includes opening items such as roll call, the Pledge of Allegiance, and confirmation that board members received proper notice of the special meeting.

Under superintendent recommendations, the board is expected to consider classified employment for a custodian. The agenda lists a recommendation to approve the employment of Theresa Williams as custodian, effective February 16, 2026 through July 31, 2026, a 120 day period.

An executive session is also planned. According to the agenda, the board is expected to enter executive session for negotiations, listed as preparing, conducting, or reviewing. The board would then return to regular session before adjournment.
