
Kimberly Jo (Rammel) Cummins, 48, of rural Botkins, OH died 3:10 a.m. Sunday March 1, 2026 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney, OH.
She was born November 28, 1977 in St. Marys, OH to Steven T. and Sandi J. (Niekamp) Rammel.
On August 21, 2004 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, OH she married Carl Clay Cummins, who survives.

She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1996) and earned a degree in Social Work from Wright State University.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in McCartyville, OH; American Legion Post #444 in New Knoxville, OH; served with the Shelby Co. Board of Developmental Disabilities.
For 26 years, Kim dedicated her life to caring for children while working at the Shelby County Board of Developmental Disabilities at Wilma Valentine Childcare as the Program Coordinator. She welcomed every child, regardless of ability, and was known for her extraordinary compassion and gift for helping children succeed. Her skills were unmatched and the thousands of children she touched are better because of her care.
Kim will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister who treasured the times spent together as a family.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 7, 2026 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in McCartyville, with The Rev. John W. Tonkin, celebrant.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Friday at Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys and 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church in McCartyville.
