Coldwater council advances development, utility rate legislation

Coldwater Village Council handled several pieces of business during its latest meeting, according to Village Manager Jason Eyink. Eyink said council approved the third and final reading of Ordinance 1774, accepting the plan for Arcadia Development Phase 2. Council also held the second reading of Ordinance 1775, which would increase the village’s water, sewer, and storm rates. In other action, council met in executive session to discuss personnel, approved seasonal park and pool employees, and scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting for April 20 at 6:30 p.m.
