Mercer County grand jury indicts woman on drug charge

CELINA - A Mercer County grand jury has indicted 38 year old Amanda J. Jackson on one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

According to an indictment filed April 16 in Mercer County Common Pleas Court, Jackson is charged with a third degree felony under Ohio law.

Court documents allege Jackson knowingly obtained, possessed, or used methamphetamine on or about April 3 in Mercer County. The indictment states the amount involved was equal to or greater than the bulk amount, but less than five times the bulk amount.

The case is listed in Mercer County Common Pleas Court as 26-CRM-033.
