Five blood drives scheduled across Mercer County in August

DAYTON, Ohio — Versiti Blood Center of Ohio will host five community blood drives across Mercer County in August. Residents are encouraged to schedule an appointment and help support the blood needs of local hospitals and patients.

Upcoming Mercer County Blood Drives include:

• Celina Manor: Friday, Aug. 7, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Celina Manor Community Room, 1001 Myers Road, Celina, OH 45822.
• Mercer Health Hospital: Tuesday, Aug. 18, noon-6 p.m., Mercer Health East Wing Meeting and Physician’s Conference Rooms, 800 W. Main St., Coldwater, OH 45828.
• Signature 4: Thursday, Aug. 20, 9-11:30 a.m., Signature 4 parking lot, 149 Harvest Drive, Coldwater, OH 45828. Donors will receive a water bottle.
• Bruns Construction Enterprises Celina: Wednesday, Aug. 26, 8-10 a.m., Bruns Construction Celina Bloodmobile, 6781 Hellwarth Road, Celina, OH 45822
• Grand Lake Health/Premier Health North YMCA: Thursday, Aug. 27, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., YMCA Celina Front Gym, 7590 state Route 703, Celina, OH 45822.
