Coldwater Council Remembers Bob Miller, Receives Updates on Infrastructure Projects
COLDWATER — Coldwater Village Council opened its latest meeting with a moment of silence honoring longtime village employee Bob Miller.
Village Manager Jason Eyink said Miller worked at Memorial Park for more than 40 years. He served as pool manager and helped coordinate the village’s Little League program.
Council also approved the third and final reading of Ordinance 1782 concerning the replat of Outlots 13 and 14.
Eyink provided updates on two infrastructure projects. Paving associated with the Cedar Street waterline and resurfacing project is expected to be completed as early as next week.
Work also began last week on the East Water Tower. Crews are coating the interior of the tower’s stem and are expected to remain on the project for another week or two.
Council later entered an executive session to discuss personnel. No action was taken following the session.
