21-Year-Old Man Indicted on Felonious Assault Charge in Auglaize County
A 21-year-old man has been indicted on one felony and three misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged September 27 incident in Auglaize County.
Aden Bailey Fisher is charged with second-degree felony felonious assault. The indictment alleges Fisher knowingly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to another person with a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance.
The felonious assault charge includes a firearm specification alleging Fisher possessed and displayed, brandished or used a gun during the alleged offense.
Fisher also faces first-degree misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, child endangering and using weapons while intoxicated.
Judge Frederick Pepple set Fisher’s bond at $200,000 cash or surety with a 10-percent privilege, along with an own-recognizance bond.
Conditions prohibit Fisher from using alcohol or drugs, possessing firearms, leaving Ohio without permission or contacting the two alleged victims. Fisher remains in the Auglaize County Sheriff’s custody pending the posting of bond.
The charges are allegations. Fisher is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
