Cedar Point reopens Millennium Force following inspection

SANDUSKY — Cedar Point has reopened the Millennium Force roller coaster after a small piece of metal fell from one of its trains Friday.

The park temporarily closed the ride after a metal bracket came off and landed in an area where guests walk.

No injuries were reported.

Cedar Point said crews completed a full inspection before reopening Millennium Force Saturday night.
